Analyze and process data requests.
Research and provide resolutions to inquiries from financial advisors and sales support staff.
Understand all departmental functions within a concentrated area and serve or assist as backup when needed.
Stay abreast of industry changes.
Take advantage of training opportunities specific to performance reporting.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
Minimum two (2) years industry and specific product experience.
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, professional team environment independently.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 99
