Join the Truist Marketing team as a key Mortgage Sales Support partner focused on supporting our Retail and Consumer Direct businesses at Truist. Utilize your expertise to bring both art and science together to drive a digital B2B and B2C client-first approach for journeys at varying points in the marketing funnel. Leverage your digital passion to evolve the Truist presence in a scalable manner supporting mortgage loan officers.
Guide how we should be thinking differently about how to serve our current clients and new to the bank households in the moment during the purchase mortgage lifecycle. Be comfortable delivering quantitative performance analysis showing how optimization leads to cost effectiveness and efficiency.
While this role is an individual contributor – you will need to have the navigational skills to consult with and rely on multiple partners across an evolving matrix organization. As part of the Marketing team, you will have significant support to help guide your test and learn approach, as well as the resources to execute upon it.
You must be comfortable performing as a collaborator and project manager – representing the client-first approach to support the Truist Purpose and Brand.
Candidates with Mortgage Marketing and/or Mortgage Sales Enablement experience will be given stronger consideration.

Manage large marketing initiatives, utilizing all marketing channels include digital.
Interpret internal/external business challenges, including client needs and competitive marketplace and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Apply a comprehensive understanding of how the business operates to solve technical, operational, and business problems.
Lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
Mentor less experienced teammates to build their own technical expertise.
Directly impact the achievement of client, operational, project, service, and risk management objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth knowledge and expertise of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the Marketing discipline (e.g., Marketing P’s, Market research, analytics, digital)
Experience managing or leading projects or project work streams and operates as a lead in a specialty capacity
Knowledge of client needs and competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market
Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders
Ability to provide direction, coaching and mentor teammates
Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint, preparing presentations for senior level teammates
Developing presentation skills and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in related field
Ten years of related experience
Previous experience in financial services, retail or packaged goods industries
Consumer/Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking product and/or segment marketing experience
