The Site Coordinator is responsible for providing school-wide wrap-around services, drop-out prevention, and intervention plans, including case management and related services. This role involves planning and managing the operations of Communities In Schools (CIS) at the assigned school, implementing the CIS model of integrated student services with Tier 1, 2, and 3 supports. The Site Coordinator reports to the CIS Program Director.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct an annual needs assessment at the assigned school and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and address student needs.
- Develop a school support plan that focuses on identified student needs, risk factors, and assets, including measurable objectives and procedures for delivering services at different levels.
- Coordinate and manage student referrals, identifying additional students as necessary.
- Develop a caseload of students in compliance with agency expectations, providing case management and coordinating delivery of integrated supports.
- Implement school-wide supports for prevention, enrichment, and support for school culture and climate.
- Establish and maintain community relationships that benefit the school and students, engaging stakeholders in program planning and advocating for student participation and achievement.
- Utilize best practices for family engagement to increase parent involvement and connectivity.
- Collect, enter, and report data to stakeholders in a timely manner, analyzing data to guide individual service delivery and program evaluations.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols, data storage procedures, and technology use guidelines.
- Effectively manage resources, including program site budget, donations, volunteers, partners, grants, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and training of service providers, volunteers, and student interns.
- Adhere to branding standards in all communication formats.
- Understand the role of the site coordinator in development strategies and actively participate in activities to advocate for the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related area (master's degree preferred).
