Responsible for the administration and coordination of fees within the Truist Wealth Management Fiduciary Operations Group. Continuously monitors and controls the operating aspects of fee set-up, maintenance, and oversight to ensure proper placement for each line of businesses, including managing the financial placement of recorded revenue. Assists technology when required for testing and implementing new technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the processing of Truist Wealth fees, along with other associated banking activities to ensure accuracy, accountability and proper procedures are followed.
Monitor and review fee validation processes and minimize risk.
Works to provide teammates with data to ensure that our fee computations are aligned with our requests, while also supporting SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) objectives and controls.
Communicate with management, LOB managers, and financial and investment managers to support the completion of the monthly fee processes for Truist Wealth.
Collaborates with teams of other units to develop best practices for successful aligning financial accounting data.
Develops and/or manages Access databases to support fee processing. Databases are used in conjunction with regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience within bank Trust/Wealth Operations
Established accounting knowledge with an emphasis on cash flow and accrual accounting and reconciliation concepts.
Effective communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office, common banking systems and trust service platforms.
Sustained experience with FIS or SEI accounting applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Trust related certifications from an accredited provider
Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
