Provides support of Windows servers, both virtual and physical, across the corporate footprint. Identifies and analyzes problems and develops solutions, per documented procedures. Provides support to end-users as required and supports technicians in the field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follows established methodologies and procedures to identify server related problems and provide a solution.
Performs other Windows administrative duties as required, including DHCP administration and support for other Active Directory activities.
May interact with production services, software systems engineering, applications support, and/or applications development to identify and correct core problem.
Serves as escalated support on complex issues encountered by technicians in the field.
Escalates highly complex, non-routine issues to more experienced teammates.
Works within standard guidelines and makes decisions within guidelines.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma and 5 years of end-user support experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Understanding of software and hardware deployed within a business.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of information to end-users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or technical degree and 4 years of work experience in IT
Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Workstation OS’s
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skill
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
