Supports the Truist Learning Content Center of Expertise by providing quality control for custom-built learning solutions. Establishes and maintains quality control standards, tools, and procedures for learning content. Provides quality control guidance to Truist and vendor-based learning and development practitioners.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and maintain quality control checklists for Truist learning and development practitioners that cover editorial, appearance, accessibility, and functionality requirements.

  2. Implement quality control procedures for internal Truist Learning custom-built learning solutions. Partner with Enterprise Technology stakeholders to ensure synergy with enterprise quality control practices. Stay updated regarding industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve the quality of training materials.

  3. Provide documented feedback to practitioners and leadership regarding quality issues and trends to improve QA processes in a diplomatic and tactful way.

  4. Conduct quality reviews of learning and development content.

  5. Maintains evidence of QC findings and resolutions to be able to respond to leadership or audit requests.

  6. Recommend enhancement to Truist Learning’s QA strategy to improve the quality of Truist Learning deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS


Required Qualifications:

  1. Quality Control or internal audit experience

  2. High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  3. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

  4. Excellent English language skills, including spelling and grammar.

  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  6. Ability manage multiple tasks and deliverables effectively.

  7. Excellent attention to detail and process.

  8. Strong time management and organization skills

  9. High level of productivity and ability to independently manage tasks to meet deadlines

  10. Ability to adapt and respond positively in a dynamic and changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience using SharePoint to manage lists and forms

  2. Learning and development experience, preferably in the area of instructional design principles
