Provides basic support to assigned program. This is a grant-funded position, with duration dependent on funding availability.
- Maintain donation storage areas
- Schedule donation pick-ups and assist with deliveries
- Keep working areas clean and organized
- Deliver quality customer service
- Follow up on program inquiries
- Complete assigned data entry
- Communicate program information to staff
- Assist with volunteer guidance and support
- Prepare and replenish program documentation
- Facilitate vehicle maintenance and renewals (when applicable)
- Set up move-in ready homes for clients (in certain programs)
- Provide transportation for clients
- Coordinate medical and dental appointments
- Represent the Agency professionally
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Valid Driver's License with minimum 3 years driving history
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
