Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support on the execution of divisional, group, and team projects. Tasks include, but are not limited to, performing reporting, analytics, insights, and process reviews. Additionally, serves as a subject-matter expert for various bank and Wealth systems, products, services, and processes. Actively participates in project management activities.


Essential Functions:

  1. Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, and departmental initiatives.
  2. Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned areas around divisional products, services, systems, and policies/procedures.
  3. Assist and collaborate in various stages and phases of strategic planning and project management on divisional initiatives, contributing meaningful insights.
  4. Conduct industry research and competitive analysis as needed.
  5. Focus on continuous process improvement.
  6. Perform various administrative tasks such as creating presentations, organizing meetings, assembling marketing materials, etc.
  7. Assist with training staff on new processes, systems, programs, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or marketing, or equivalent education and related training.
  • Three years of experience in an analytical role within the financial services industry or other related business, and/or participation in an enterprise-sponsored Leadership Development Program.
  • Demonstrated project management and coordination skills in a professional or financial services environment.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead meetings with various key partners and collaborate with individuals at any level of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Graduate of an enterprise-sponsored Leadership Development Program.
  • Banking or financial services experience, with an emphasis on the Brokerage & Private Banking and Wealth client segments.
  • Knowledge of Operational Procedures and systems.
  • Knowledge of SAS or statistical software.
  • Familiarity with training and continuing education requirements for professional credentials such as National Association of Securities Dealers Licensing (7, 63, 65, 24, etc.), Certified Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
