Responsible for delivering advanced estate and financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients (typically $10MM+ in assets under management) at Truist. Focus on driving positive client outcomes, contributing to revenue, and enhancing client retention.

- Expertise:
- Maintain knowledge across Elements of Wealth
- Analyze and apply complex financial planning techniques
- Stay current on estate, tax, and planning trends
- Impact:
- Empower clients to make confident financial decisions
- Lead comprehensive wealth planning for high-net-worth families
- Focus on wealth transfer, income tax planning, charitable planning, etc.
- Advice Process Excellence:
- Execute financial planning and advice process
- Identify goals, gather data, analyze options, develop recommendations
- Partner for implementation and monitor progress
- Process Adherence & Risk Management:
- Comply with internal policies, regulatory and legal guidelines
- Identify at-risk situations and inform appropriate team members
- Technology Proficiency:
- Maintain proficiency in planning software and company systems
- Advice Integration & Relevance:
- Integrate Truist Wealth process into advice and planning model
- Engage in group meetings and share insights
- Coaching & Team Development:
- Contribute to growth of Advice and Planning Group
- Offer guidance and constructive feedback
- Productivity & Communication:
- Manage workflow and deadlines effectively

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional experience in financial industry
- Advanced communication and relationship skills
- Strong computer and technical skills
- At least one of: JD, LLM in Taxation, MS in Taxation, MSFS, ChFC, CFP, CPA
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with presentations and public speaking
- Project management skills

- 10+ years experience in financial planning and wealth management
